Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment

We ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays

In rare cases of high volume or operational constraints, processing may take slightly longer
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Delivery Timelines

We currently deliver only to select pin codes across India. Availability can be checked using the “Check Delivery” option on the product page before placing an order.

Courier Partners
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship orders through reputed courier and logistics partners. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by courier operations or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Delivery Responsibility & Proof

Delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms successful delivery to the provided address

Courier delivery records and tracking updates may be relied upon for order confirmation and dispute resolution
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as required under our Return & Refund Policy, in case the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing.
Split Shipments
While we aim to ship all items in a single package, some orders may be shipped in multiple consignments due to product availability or logistics constraints. Customers will be informed accordingly.
Invoices & Tax Compliance
All shipments are accompanied by a valid invoice mentioning the product price, in accordance with applicable Indian tax regulations.
Delays & Exceptions
